Job description

We are looking for a Head of Business Development. It’s a challenging role. You’ll need to take care of an existing, well-performing Sales Team and drive forward our inbound and outbound activities. We wanted to keep it brief, but as an expert you are probably aware that matters mentioned below are quite complex 🙌🏻

WHAT YOU CAN expect:

  • Lead a team of experienced Inbound and Outbound specialists 
  • Play a key role in meeting company goals 
  • Join Monterail’s Leadership team and report directly to co-CEOs

You will:

  • Design and implement sales strategy 
  • Coordinate an in-depth development of sales roles (personal branding, recruitment, onboarding, career & development plans)
  • Co-create new sales channels in partnership with Head of Growth 
  • Join the management team and get engaged in close cooperation within the departments' heads to move forward towards our strategic goals
  • Analyse and improve sales toolset to ensure smooth day to day operations of your team 
  • Create, monitor and analyse sales forecast and plans as well as negotiate quotas with the team 
 

Ideally YOU:

  • Have a solid experience with international (that's really important!) software development services or software solutions
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a Sales/BD/Growth/CS management roles 
  • Have know-how and experience in growing, motivating, and leading a sales team 
  • Have a proven track record with selling to and talking to start-ups, consulting fast growing companies, and setting foothold in enterprises
  • Are fluent in business communication in English 
  • Have proven track record of managing teams with total sales quotas exceeding 5-10M PLN /year
