Job description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who'll join our talented People Team and support us in all recruitment, onboarding and talent-building efforts at Monterail.
We'd love to see that you:
Have ~ 2 years of experience in IT recruitment across different roles (such as development, sales, and project management)
Embrace change and are always ready to adapt
Feel confident and comfortable during negotiations
Are motivated by the chance to drive progress and making things happen
Pay close attention to details and take pride in your thoroughness
Appreciate and value diverse perspectives, ideas, and people
Have a strong command of both written and spoken Polish and English
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships with candidates
Are highly organized and can set priorities effectively, even in a dynamic environment
Bring experience in sourcing candidates
Know how to collaborate and adapt to the needs of different hiring managers
You will:
Independently conduct in-house recruitments from A to Z, meaning:
Transforming business needs into job ads
Knowing where and how to tap into the best talent out there
Managing the recruitment pipelines using Workable ATS
Handling all the candidate communication (including offers, negotiations, feedback)
Expand and grow our additional Monterail Talent Pool (MTN)
Conduct per project hires and searches
Help in resource planning activities
Ensure professional and timely end-to-end candidate experience
Learn how to research, monitor, and analyze market recruitment trends

Our Recruitment Team co-creates the People Team. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with tech experts and hiring managers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering the best candidates for each role and care deeply about providing a professional and positive candidate experience, with feedback being a core part of our process.
We operate on quarterly hiring plans, blending strategic planning with an agile approach to meet our evolving needs.
A lot of our work involves expanding our network of freelancers, and we also handle project-based recruitments. You'll play a vital role in sourcing and selecting top-tier talent, not only for our in-house teams but also for freelancers who contribute to our innovative projects.
