Mentorship takes many forms at Monterail and changes depending on the team, however, the core idea remains. A person is always assigned a mentor, be it in the PM team or Development team. They are there with you from the very start; guide you, show you the ways, pass on feedback and are your support in any topic. Read more about it in our blogpost.
Sales Squad is a team of developers, equipped with knowledge of various technologies (Python, Ruby, Vue.js etc.) who help Business Analysts in the early project estimation process. The main goal is to support our BAs with a development perspective, catch any technological traps, and estimate the general roadmap. Any experienced and willing developer is free to join the Sales Squad.
Is there such a thing as a perfect tech-lead? You won’t know until you find out and grasp this growth opportunity. We make sure to stick to the 8 qualities. Once you get those going for you, you know you are ready to be a tech-lead.
