Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with the C-level, Heads and Managers on people related activities that support our company strategy.  

Your areas of responsibility will include:

HR projects: Coordinating and participating in HR projects aligned with company plans and strategies.

HR coaching & consulting: Building and maintaining strong relationships with team leaders, department heads, and mentors, providing guidance, coaching, and support in people-related matters. Defining and developing leadership standards, providing training and workshops to upskill leaders.

Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, career development, and providing coaching and support to managers in effectively managing employee performance.

Salary strategy and negotiation: Working with Heads and mid management on regular-based salary forecasting, reviews and negotiations.

HR Processes: Developing, implementing, and updating HR processes to keep up to best practices and business needs .

HR analytics: Collecting and analyzing HR data to generate insights and metrics, using data to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Employee Engagement and Diversity: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. 

Change Management: Supporting company leaders in managing change and ensuring the successful implementation of new people-related initiatives and projects.

Ideally, you have:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar roles working closely with upper or middle management)

  • Good understanding of the specifics of the IT industry

  • Proven experience in the various areas of HR, in particular, coaching and consulting leadership on HR matters, performance management, salary forecast and negotiation, employee engagement and retention 

  • Hands-on experience in collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative HR data (e.g. employee satisfaction, turnover, etc.) and making recommendations to the business based on this 

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach

  • Very good organisation skills and the ability to set priorities in dynamically changing environments

  • Fluency in English that enables you to communicate about business matters comfortably and use the language on a daily basis.
