Monterail values

We’re not a 100+ people software house that wants to grow exponentially. What suits us is staying just the right size, so we could invest as much as possible in each member.

Face to face

Work is not all about processes and tools. Sometimes, it’s about people talking to each other. We designed and built our office to make the most of being together in one place.

Community support

We organize local Monterail Academy, UX Wrocław, support meet.js Wrocław, Geek Girls Carrots, wroclove_rb and RailsGirls. Want to participate—or kick some new initiatives off? We’ll help.

The team is not afraid of changes. That’s why we often revisit the basics by not taking our choices for granted. And we can’t wait to learn from you.

Knowledge sharing

Every week, we meet and discuss all the new things we’ve learned. It’s a habit we chose to have. What would you have to say?

No matter the race, gender, age or sexual orientation, we come from different backgrounds and embrace it.

We’ve got flexible schedules. For better coordination we set 10-15 as our core work hours but other than that—you’re free to choose.
