Junior power! We're looking for someone with no PM experience yet but with curiosity, quick thinking, interest in AI, and a real hunger to learn on actual projects.
This isn't our first rodeo. We've run tech bootcamps before, and we know giving a chance and properly mentoring great potential is something that works!
PM Bootcamp is the first edition built specifically for future project managers.
What we work on
We specialize in four industries - Fintech, MedTech, HRtech, and E-commerce - and focus on six technologies: Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, Vue.js, React, React Native, and Flutter. We are also working with AI and LLM developers.
From shipping platforms for e-commerce to secure mental health apps, you'll work on products that actually reach users.
What you'll do
Shadow real projects – join a project team and watch a PM's work up close, gradually taking on tasks yourself.
Support day-to-day organization – scheduling meetings, keeping notes, tracking task statuses and timelines, using AI agents on daily basis to make your and your team's work easier, faster and better.
Work with documents and data – updating spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), preparing simple summaries and reports for the team. PMO tasks.
Get client exposure – as an observer at first, then increasingly hands-on, both in email communication and on calls.
Use PM tools daily – Jira, Slack, Notion, and others, depending on the project.
What we're looking for
Tech savviness and curiosity about IT – you don't need to code, but you're genuinely interested in how digital products get built and want to dig deeper. Studies or courses related to IT/product are a plus, not a requirement.
AI interest - familiarity with and openness to work with AI tools, LLMs, Agetns
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and basic tools – you can handle basic functions, formatting, and working with data without breaking a sweat.
Great English – for communicating with clients and the team, spoken and written.
Composure with clients and conflict-resolution skills – you don't shut down when things get uncomfortable, you look for a way forward. Staying non-defensive in tough moments matters a lot to us.
Openness and self-reliance – you like asking questions, drawing conclusions, and owning your tasks.

Organisational details
Contract: Umowa zlecenie/Contract of Mandate
Hourly rate: 31,40 PLN/hour
Commitment: approx. 20 hrs/week/part-time or more
Location: Wrocław, Oławska 27-29
Duration: 3 months, starting September 2026 with a possibility of contract prolongation.
For this bootcamp, we'd love for you to come to the office as often as possible, however, remote work is also possible
