We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will grow our business as much as our clients: ranging from under-the-radar start-ups on the verge of disrupting their industries to recognised brands including Global Fortune 500 companies.
5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager/Customer Success Manager with international software development services or software solutions (must-have)
At least 1-year of experience in growing, motivating, and leading a business development team (must-have)
Excellent understanding of the startup ecosystem as well as corporation specifics
A proven track record with selling to and talking to start-ups, consulting SMBs, and setting foothold in enterprises
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong network of decision-makers at large and mid-size international organizations
Willingness to travel (up to 50% of time)
Sandler Sales Certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce
Fluency in any additional European language
Account-Based Marketing and Social Selling experience
Lead and grow a motivated sales team within one of the fastest growing tech companies in the region (recognised by Deloitte and Financial Times)
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategy along with appropriate tactics and specific plans
Co-create and implement a Sales culture in Monterail
Coordinate an in-depth development of sales roles (personal branding, recruitment, onboarding, career & development plan, BD employer branding)
Work hand in hand with our Top Management team on to the company value proposition
Identify, qualify, and close the most challenging sales opportunities
Build a strong network and maintain trusting relationships with potential clients
Research existing and discover new target audiences
Bring insights from the market to adjust the marketing activities
Develop and monitor sales metrics
Revise, develop, and adjust the sales cycle to the client’s needs
Represent the company during tech events and conferences
11 000 - 18 000 PLN + VAT (B2B contract)
