Job description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will use his/her knowledge and experience to lead our already existing marketing team.

 

YOU - IDEALLY:

  • have min. 5 years of B2B marketing experience (b2b, lead generation)
  • are experienced by working in similar position in a software development agency
  • have proven track record of success in senior marketing roles (ROI, revenue)
  • are experienced with a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • have min. 2 year experience in growing, motivating, and leading a team
  • are able to plan, prioritize and execute in the most efficient way and get things done
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English

YOU CAN DEFINITELY EXPECT:

  • A professional and independent team of 10 specialists
  • Close cooperation with Chief Growth Officer
  • Being a part of Leadership and Heads Team at Monterail
  • Remote-first environment (the office is still an option!)

YOU WILL:

  • Align, strategize and drive the marketing strategy in order to fulfill Monterails growth plans
  • Be responsible for your teams’ well-being and growth
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Communicate, determine ownership and work on priorities with your team, as set by company-wide quarterly and yearly plans
  • Take care of knowledge-sharing and plan development opportunities for your team
  • Analyze, report on and draw conclusions on marketing results and performance of campaigns
  • Lead, guide and work closely with the middle management within the Marketing Team
  • Work with other teams (sales, customer success, recruitment) to ensure smooth operations and a common objective
  • Implement good practices, improve processes and communication flow

MORE ABOUT THE TEAM 

Our Marketing Team co-creates the Growth Team at Monterail. Marketing team consists of specialised teams in content marketing, digital marketing, web development and event marketing.

As a Head of Marketing you will work directly with Chief Growth Officer and Team Leads of each respective team.

You will also cooperate closely with our Event Marketing Specialist.
