Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team and help us with recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns to increase our brand awareness. Does it sound like something you want to thrive in? We need someone who’s good with marketing platforms, metrics, analytical tools, and words—know how to use them with recruitment marketing to boost our visibility on the market. Equally important, you need to be good at things behind the words: teamwork, listening, research, and a will to grow as an expert.

You will:


  • Create and execute unique, cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (even wider than Facebook and LinkedIn) from collecting data from the market, interviews with the team, researching trends to plan preparation and implementation
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns in terms of effectiveness and quality
  • Support the People Team with implementing employer branding campaigns
  • Analyze data in order to provide social media, website, and blog content tailored to our candidate personas
  • Develop content that illustrates our life at work (e.g., blog posts, videos and infographics, podcasts) that will increase our brand awareness
  • Be identifying the most effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates
  • Be responsible for content creation for our “lead” generation campaigns
  • Create posts for our social media communication
  • Overseeing the company's careers site

Ideally, you are:

  • Experienced in marketing (min. 1+/2 years) including at least a few months in social media marketing
  • Comfortable about working with various marketing platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experienced with creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns
  • Familiar with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Semrush
  • Fluent in analyzing marketing metrics to make the right (data-driven) decisions
  • Experienced in running brand profiles on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Familiar with sales funnel and open to use that with recruitment marketing
  • Open to create video and audio content
  • Up to date with marketing trends and digital solutions
  • Speak and write in English (almost) like it was your mother tongue
  • Agile mindset person
  • Able to make decisions quickly and ready to test the hypothesis
  • Open to innovation, experiments, improvement, teamwork, and data-driven thinking
